£400 spec me please =D

its not for me personally,

my m8 has £400 budget for a PC, he needs the main unit and a monitor (which i know is gna screw up his budget), he wants it to be able to handle video editing and other general PCusage stuff, and isnt too bothered about gaming, can anyone spec him a PC please? id end up going too expensive!

for £20 more he could have 2gb of the same ram would nbe well worth it 2x1gb sticks

Pauls spec looks good but the motherboard only supports AGP. I'd change it to a Asrock ALiveSATA2-GLAN (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard.
