£400 upgrade for a friend

hes currently running these:

Asus M5a78L/usb3
AMD FX4100 8MB L3 Cache Quad Core
GTX 650 1gb
2x 4gb Corsair XM3 @ 1600mhz

but wants to be able to run bf4 on ultra @1080p

what would you guys recommend he doesn't mind swapping from nvidia to amd cards if he has to i was thinking a fx 8320 (overclocked slightly) and a 7950 ice-q + a new mobo

atm he running a 500w corsair builders series but hes seen a 750w hes thinking of getting

i did mention that as ive got the same psu and im planning on getting the same card so we will have roughly the same build and not to sure all he said to me was its £80 then said hes got another £400 for the upgrades
