4000+ clawhammer cpu overclocking

Ive got a 4000+ amd 64 clawhammer 130nm and want to do a little bit of over clocking with it. What sort of volts are safe and what sort of clock is common for these.

I have a 4000 as well, although mine is a San Diego. You can see from my picture below these will clock quite easy, I have an G-Power HSF cooling mine. There is still plenty left in the tank to go further, but I am happy with my settings at the moment
