4000+ SD Max Safe Temp?

Whats the max safe temp on a 4000+ SD? Im currently not going above 52 full load, is 55c still an ok max temp? (Want to overclock it more

I would say those on the limits. What HSF do you have installed?

i believe they are fine up to 60oC but i really would try to keep below 55.

You running stock volts at 3ghz ? Same cpu and cooler as me, whats your stepping code ?

What are you using to measure your temps? I have found a big difference from the temps reported by the motherboard/bios and Core Temp. Core temp reports a 10C higher temp, (is this normal?) I have a 4000+ as well.

CoreTemp according to what I've read reports temperature from the diodes which is why its hotter.

Coretemp reports a lower temp for me

I have been using Asus Probe II for temps.
