400W SmartPower2.0 ATX12V v2.0power supply fan always on?

Hey,

As title says does the 400W SmartPower2.0 ATX12V v2.0power supply fan always stay on or does it come on when it reaches a certain temp as got it in the case and not sure if the fan is dud or it comes on when reaches a certain temp?

Please please please only reply if you have the case and no for sure as i dont want my case to burn

From the antec product page, on the features list for the power supply.

Unique Dual Fans Technology: exhaust fan starts to spin when the power supply reaches certain temperatures to ensure proper airflow, the second fan spins on power up

yep its on and my new pc is wotking fien (am on it now)
No not made the psu second fan go on yet

need help with the ati radion x1800xt graphic set up for in games all loosk a bnit wierd:S wats ure irc name and u can help me
