4070 Ti Waterblocks?

Are there any 4070 Ti waterblocks? Is this because the 4070 Ti was originally a 4080, it's reference pcb layout is identical to the (actual) 4080 so you can just use one of those?
Or is it simply no-one is making them, at least not yet?
