4080 super or 5070ti

I've seen 2 deals online now, a 5070ti or 5080 for the same price, both with the ruzen 7 9800x3d, the 5070ti has more ram and more storage. Do you think go for the 5080? This is my first pc not an upgrade. Thanks

As long as the 5080 system isn't severely gimped on RAM and storage, then definitely go for it. If it comes with 16GB of RAM and a 500GB SSD or something, I'd reconsider.

It's 2tb and 16gb
Hiya,

I wouldn't buy a 1k gfx card and then skimp on the RAM, 32gb is kind of the minimum I would spec nowadays, I'd probably dump in 64 if I was building right now although I don't think anything really "needs" it yet.

Wouldn't want 16GB if I were buying a new system today. If you're comfortable upgrading the RAM yourself, it would still be a better deal to go with that system, as the 5080 is worth at least £200 more than the 5070ti.
