4080S and 5080 power connector?

Quick Q, does the 5080 use the same power connector as the 4080 Super? Im using the Corsair PCI-E 5 cable i got when the original 4080 was out. Would that be suitable for the 5080?

would like to know this aswell, ordering a 5080 tomorrow. and have the same corsair connector currently in the 4070Ti S.

It will work fine, ideally you'd want a 12V-2×6 cable but the older version of the cable is not a problem as long as it's fully inserted in the socket.

I think most of the Supers use the newer connector (H++), but even if they weren't, they're compatible with each other.
