So been having issues where after sleep or upon a fresh boot windows doesnt immediately boot and from the reliability monitor it lists a windows hardware error along with shut down unexpectedly.

After checking the memory dump the bugcheck is VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL (10e) with the module at fault being dxgmms2.

I have tried the latest nvidia driver 537.13 and am on a "stable build" of 528.49

Is this a problem others have witnessed as although its only result is a slightly longer boot time I'm concerned if my card has an issue or not, it passed over an hour of vram testing in OCT but would be curious if others have witnessed similar. I have tried reseating the card and ensuring the power cable is connected correctly.

the build is :
Gigabyte 4090 Gaming OC
7800 x3d
Asus B650E-E
32GB corsair 6000 ram
1000w Seasonic Prime PSU

First thankyou for the replies, been on a deep dive down the proverbial rabbit hole with this one where every so often upon cold boot my secondary monitor wasn't receiving input and the 4090 was in some sort of limp mode leading me to it likely being a possible issue with the bios where cpu soc voltage is possibly causing this locking the pcie lane at 1.1.

But for the problem i originally mentioned

i have so far updated the bios and and reinstalled windows , unfortunately i have already tried the nvidia updated and the gigabyte updater both confirm the card has already been updated. I have resolved the problem short term by just stopping my system from sleeping but it seems a waste. Will try turning off the C states
