42" lcd tv screen is blocky as hell

Hello,

I have connected my sky box via scart to the tv and picture quality seems good but as soon as the camera pans left or right the screen appears to go blocky and out of focus especially on pictures with a lot of white background. I thought maybe there was a peel of film on the screen which needed removing but I don't think there is one. Any help setting up my lcd please

Make and model of the TV would be a good start

spellcaster did you buy this from overclockers? I don't think you did! However like mysticsniper said Make and Model would be a good start!. Is it just me or QED?

Hello,
The make and model of the tv is Sense 42" FULL HD Ready TV Freeview 1080p 1920x1080 1200:1 500cd/m2 HDMIx2/Scart/PC Input Gloss Black. I have since changed the output picture size on the sky box from 4.3 to 16.9 which I had set the tv too and the picture quality is a lot better. However as its my 1st lcd tv I am eager to here of any tips to get the best out of it.

Hi

Did you change the picture output format on the sky box from pal to rgb you may need to plug your sky box into scart input av1 on your tv.
