420w Tagan up to this server spec?

Just wondering if I really should get a new PSU for this:

1x40Gb IDE boot drive
1xDVDRW drive
5xSeagate 7200.10 320Gb drives running RAID3
1xRadeon X800
1xDTV card
1xRAID card
1xA64 3000+
2xCrucial Ballistix 512Mb

Basically the PC in my sig

Will it cope?

Looking at about 320w max for that setup so it should be fine.

Based on efficieny of 80% you should have 60w spare.

Correction your thread says 420w Tagen sig says 480w tagen in that case you only get 16w spare which is cutting it a bit fine.

I'd have thought it'd be fine, I've really thrashed my Tagan 480W over the year or so I've had it and it hasn't given me any grief.

Lol, sorry, yeah the PSU in the server is a 420w Tagan, the 480w Tagan is staying in my main PC.

Bonus month at work so main PC is moving over to a Core 2 Duo setup and the A64 is becoming the server....the server being sold to someone else.
