4340 vs 4440

Hi guys

Is there much difference between the intel 4340:http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-494-IN&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=567

and the 4440:http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-495-IN&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=567

It is going to uses in an office build that I am going to be doing. Office tasks include publisher, photoshop, word etc.

4340 = i3 (dual core + hyperthreading) @ 3.6ghz
4440 = i5 (quad core) @ 3.1ghz

for processor intensive, multicore apps, the i5 4440 would be better.
else just get the cheaper option
if you're going opt for the i3, get the 4130 for 82 quid instead
