Mine is CCBWE 0541RPMW. I haven't tried overclocking it yet, as i haven't had the time, and plus i need to get my watercooling system set up before i try any crazy clocking.

On a side note, whats the default voltage on these things? Is it supposed to be 1.4 volts? When i monitor the CPU voltage, is does tend to jump around a bit, and has jumped as high as 1.45 Volts. As many Util programs were telling me that this was too high, i have notched the voltage down by 0.025V and it seems a bit better. Am i being paranoid here, or are you all going to tell me that my PSU is pants and i need a new one?

I think you're pretty lucky with 2.75! I did a thread on this recently and there were very few 4400s past 2.7 without serious cooling (ie much more than water)

As a side note.. mine will do 2.65 with ease but just runs out of puff in an instand so don't get set on much higher! You might be 5 mhz off the limit, mine is rock solid at 261x10 but unstable at 262x10 and won't boot at 263x10!

from what i have read iv got a strange stepping not the begining bit but the letters after the mpm and week 32 very early maybe they were using the good cores thenfor all the 4400+'s how long has the opty 170 been out ?? may be b4 they were selecting the good cores of them just dont know but i recon iv still got some more in this cpu im not goner goover 1.7v full stop but i see how i do
