4400+ X2 Or Opty 170?

Im going to be looking for an Athlon 4400+ X2 in the next week but i was wondering what was the best steppings to go for with this chip to acheive the highest clocks?

Ive also seen that the 170 is highly overclockable.

If anyone that has one could post their acheived clocks, and the steppings on their 4400s or 170 that would be great!
