£450 budget pc spec?

Hey guys, iv been out fo the loop for far too many years now, my brother is looking for a pc for around £450 all in, that has to include everything minus speakers. So base unit, OS, monitor, mouse/keyboard (budget ones will be fine)

He plans to use it for cruising the internet, films, that sort of thing, and possibly a bit of wow (i know...)

I really have not got a clue or the time to look up about every different type of chip out on offer at the moment.

So was wondering if the knowledgable and up to date junkies of you out there might be able to help me out with a setup for him? Or alternativly if you have any better ideas on what he can get feel free to email me in my bio link.

Very tight budget for a build including an OS and and a monitor. This should be more than adequate for WoW and day to day tasks, but it is a little over, if you can procure the OS cheaper elsewhere however, you're definitely in business.

Here's what I came up with anyway

EDIT: Change monitor to taste

EDIT 2: Dang I must be tired, I put DDR3 Memory instead of DDR2, you'll want to change that as well!
