By the way just to say, I have 1600Mhz ram running at 1600Mhz with an i3 Sandybridge CPU at 1.5v (stock should be 1.65v) so assume the Z77 board will also allow you to do this.

I have MX-2 thermal paste on mine, and used my old CPU cooler (Thermaltake Frio with two 1k rpm Gelid fans) and I get 24-27 temp on both cores while pottering around windows or web browsing, and max temps when gaming are high 30's to low 40 Celcius. I imagine they will be a tad higher with the stock cooler, but not that much higher as they're not exactly hot/mega power CPUs.

Also most stuff I've ordered from OCUK has come the next day, but unsure of how their delivery works on a Sunday.

If I purchase the same parts in 2 months time, will the price increase or reduce?

would probably stay the same, maybe reduce a little bit.

Generally in two months it should reduce, but sometimes prices rise due to material/production costs rising so it's hard to make a solid prediction.

Best thing to do would be to come back when you have the money/credit to buy then get some of these guys to spec you up again at the time.

Yeah, and currency fluctuations, high demand - low availability. But in general, it's pretty constant and there is nothing coming up in two months that will shake the market. Maybe cheaper GTX460's.

Always worth paying a bit more to future proof your tech. I got fed up of having to update every couple of years.
