£450 Spec. General Use

A friend of mine is after a PC for general use, budget is ~£450, I've come up with the below and would like some input / advice (as I'm no expert).

I did want the "Cooler Master Elite 344 Micro ATX Case" case but these are out of stock, can anyone recommend a similar case (Micro ATX. USB 3 front panel) for the same cost (£33)?

Does the £450 include the case or?

Dump the cooler. Really not necessary.

As above really, ditched the cooler, added the A10, the case, and cut down the HDD a little bit.

No need for the cooler unless you plan on OCing from the get go. If you plan on doing it later, can always get one at a later date.
