£450 Spec

So i have been asked to build a pc for £450, I need everything apart from the OS and screen. Cheapest case possible do not care what it looks like, no preference over intel or AMD. The system will be used for general browsing aswell as Microsoft Expression 3. If somebody one be kind enough to spec me it really would be appreciated as i am a little busy at the moment.

Given his extremely modest usage I doubt hes gonna need a graphics card. You can do this for 350 or less op just use the motherboard kenny and super specced. It has onboard which is fine.
