Hi All,
I have been reading a lot of threads on here recently and been scouring the internet and don't seem to be any wiser.
I have decided that 46" is the right size (moving from a 32" CRT anything bigger would freak me out!) being 12 -15 feet away.
At the moment it will be used for V+ (obviously quite limited for HD), DVD and Wii. So mostly SD, was looking at 1080p LCD sets that had good upscaling but they seem thin on the ground for my budget (£1,000 max).
I have been looking specifically at the Sony KDL-46B3500 and the Toshiba 46XF355DB, both seem pretty similar but the Toshiba seems to edge ahead in reviews but the Sony supports 24p.
In the future I will be getting Bluray and was after some advice mainly.
Sorry about another spec thread! Thanks in advance.
