460w antec psu enough for this setup

Me bro has a s939 3800 dual core and wants to upgrade his rig, he wants a Q6600 energy efficient one, motherboard with 2 gig ram and he has a 7800gtx in the standard one he don't game, simple question would his psu do the job.
 
I have a 480w Trueblue Antec PSU.
It runs my clocked 3500+, 2 Gig of ram & a 7800GS+ also clocked. Simple answer is Yes :)
 
No you didn't, Q6600 G0 is just as fast and run cooler. Intel at the moment is the way forward as he can always upgrade to Penryn later, and it's faster than Phenom.
