4670k @ 3.8ghz?

My 4670k seems to be default stuck at 3800Mhz clock speed, I haven't overclocked it - maybe the EasyTune software has borked something up? I'm worried that it's just stuck in turbo mode at 3800mhz?

Easiest way to know is rest your BIOS to defaults!

BIOS reset to default, no change

If you have your power plan on performance, usually it stays at the highest clock speed.

Lower your power plan to the balanced option, and hey presto your turbo problem should be fixed.

Are you using XMP Profile in the UEFI?
