After days of OC'ing i have managed 4.4ghz at 1.19v. How have i done?
P95 for day on Monday though, only passed for a few hours so far and seems fine while gaming.

Temps go nuts once you past 1.2v, prefer my old 3570k.

I would have thought you could go over 1.2v with a H80i, I'm running 4.5 @ 1.25V and I get 4.4 at about 1.2v, but never really tried to lower it as I was then after 4.5.
I only ever run prime for about 10 mins just to check temps.
Then use aida and benchmarks/games to test stability (Asus realbench 2 seems the most challenging)
What temps are you getting anyway?

Temps are 83c load during P95. Guessing 70's during gaming, can't see temps while gaming, cannot find a software which will i can view in the game. Only thing i can do is jump out into windows quickly to see what HWmonitor shows.

I do have AIDA64, temps are way lower in that, and 100MHz is going to make sod all difference, besides at 4.5 my temps were high 80's.

How long do you run AIDA?

How monitor shows you the max temp so if you start it before you game you can see what it peaked at.

As los says, hwmonitor or coretemp will record temps during gameplay. Alternatively you can use msi afterburner. Ver 3.0.0 beta 17, click the settings menu, monitoring tab, in the list below you can select various items to display in the on screen menu. Stuff like gpu temps, usage, speeds and cpu info.

Example here.

The above shows various gpu and cpu info.

Forget prime entirely. Run it for 20mins and if you get 0 errors then you are more than likely fine, anything longer is just pure overkill. Move on to testing games and IGNORE PRIME95 TEMPS ALWAYS. 4.4 @ 1.19v is VERY good, move on to 4.6 I reckon you would hit that easy with 1.25 ish, temps while gaming are what you are looking for.

4.5 is not even stable at 1.25v, interesting jump for an extra 100MHz. Temps go nuts at this voltage, i really need to replace the 140mm penetrator fan on my rad, it is quite poo.

Best one i have found is either the Akasa viper or the swiftech helix.

Akasa piranha's are better than the viper model, same speed of 1900 rpm but much better static pressure.
