4670K OC'ing help/advice

first time clocking an 1150 cpu, so i have no real idea what i am doing and i have decided to stop stabbing in the dark and just open a post.

First,
CPU: 4670k de-lidded.
Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock (will be water when i am happy with system)
MoBo: GA z87x-OC

Now what i have done. i put vcore to 1.3 and up the multi till it stopped booting, i got 4.4 to boot and 4.3 to be stable with intel burn test.
i started to drop vcore and got 4.3 stable at 1.19 upto now but am still dropping it.

i want to know what other setting i need to change to try and push for more core speed. i have dont nothing other that up multi and change vcore

using the intel extreme over clocking tool. i am fining that when my system hit TDP Watts of 88 the system blue screens. in bios i can up the limit. what would be the max i should set this to?
