Might try upping it to 1.65v then.

there an easy way you can show me your bios settings?

EDIT; just seen your sig, what are the chances? Going for the Green LED look?
Yes! the green is awesome :D Got green water and UV reactive cables, tis sexy!

Forgot bout this thread, will post my bios in the morning when sober :p

But so far what u tried is either one of the worst 4670k''s ever or just a small misstep in voltages imo

Out of interest what bios version is your mobo using?

BIOS Version is F3

Uncore ratio at present is 34. Can't (appear to) change the uncore voltage. Atleast I can't find a setting for it.

Vcore was 1.3 however when trying to overclock.

I think that's your problem

Freezes generally mean a problem with uncore (although input can cause freezes but 1.9v is enough for the oc you're aimg for)

According to your hwinfo your uncore is boosting to 40 and that is what is causing the issue I think

Sorry I haven't got a gigabyte mobo so I have no idea where the setting is for uncore voltage but when you find it 1.15 should be enough for a ratio of 40. Perhaps if you try and set it manually to 40 the option will appearin the UEFI?

CPU Cache Voltage Override - 1.300v (leave at stock until clocking the cache)
CPU Input Voltage - 1.90v (4.4Ghz or over and mine won't boot with less)

In Gigabyte lingo, I think these translate to CPU ring voltage and CPU VRIN external override respectively.
