4690 to 3770?

I currently own the 4690 which I absolutely love.

I would just like to know if there is much point selling it and paying a bit more for the 3770 or 3770k?

Thoughts?
 
I think he means, did you mean to type you want to buy the i7 4790k and not the i7 3770/3770k? Since you'd basically be going back a generation requiring a new motherboard if you went for the 3770, whereas the i7 4790k is the same socket and generation as the i5 4690.

Oh right, okay so maybe I should look into the 4790k then? Great stuff
