4690k 4.8ghz

my 4690k is 4.8ghz on 1.31v hitting 75c-80 on full load prime 95

can i do 5ghz if so am i limited by the cooling or?

Prime is not a great test. But I guess probably not a 5g stable chip. 1.3-1.325 5g stable is what I often aim for.

Try 4.9 see what happens. Use your PC as you would normally to test.
