4690k Daily overclock

Which of these four overclocks would be the best bet for day-to-day use? CPU is only stressed for gaming really:

4.4ghz @ 1.18v
4.5ghz @ 1.23v
4.6ghz @1.276v
4.7ghz @ 1.355v

Seems it really needed cranking to get to 4.7, temps and everything are ok but I'm not sure I'll be running that one.

I'd take the 4.6 personally, as long as temps are good.

But obviously the 4.4 will do everything the 4.6 would do anyway.

How ofeten do you upgrade?

If it's < 2years, I'd be tempted to go for the 4.7ghz.

I don't really have a time scale, my 2500k probably did me for about 3 years.
