470 & 480 Stream Processors

Just wanted to no if there is any way to unlock more Stream Processors on the gtx470 which has 448 and the 480 has 480 Stream Processors
can anything be done using a software or graphic card bios tweak.

Not as far as I know, most if not all 470's are broken 480's and 480's had very low yields so I don't think it's like the 465's or the 6950's.

Pretty sure the extra SM is "laser cut" on the 470s so no way to light it up.

The only exception was the 465s where some brands were pumping out firmware strapped 470s to meet demand.
