470 sli plays up with gpu-z

the 470's in my sig work great in all games on max settings playing at 1920x1200. as soon as i open up gpu-z(the latest version is installed) to check temps, i play for about 10 minutes and then i get noise then it freezes and black screens and i have to restart the pc to get out of it. as i said it's all fine when no gpu-z is running???

that's weird, but then in my experience GPU-Z can be a buggy piece of **** at times, if it doesn't do it not running GPU-Z I wouldn't worry about it

Use Afterburner instead?
