Hi,

Advise please... When running World of Tanks on an Overclocked profile I seem to get a pause in FPS, where the screen will freeze for half a second and then resume. It happens like every 10 seconds. FPS wise in game is fine, but seem to be getting this freeze and its driving me nuts.

Some people say it could be the energy saving option on the chip/motherboard, but wouldn't have a clue which option I need to change.

Haswell 4770 @ 4.6
EVGA 780GTX Classified

Can someone help please?

Thanks
Thomas

Yeah add the vcore, if you have solved the issue with the cooling.

FYI I have similar setup (4820K @ 4800, PNY GTX780 XRL8 OC) and getting 90-100 fps with everything maxed out at 1080p

Found the issue was to do with the C1E (Enhanced Halt State) & EIST (Enhanced Intel Speedstep® Technology) options in BIOS.

Disabled both and now smooth as anything... constant 61fps in Vsync.

Thanks for the replies guys.
