I recently finished my first build and have noticed some irregularities. I downloaded cpuz and noticed that my core voltage is at 1.744. Am I wrong in saying that this is insanely high? I still have everything at stock speeds. The forums I was searching though had people running clocks of 4.2 - 4.4 on volts of only 1.25? Just had my first blue screen and thought that this could partially be the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm sure there was someone else who posted the exact same thing the other day, definitely CPUz not reporting your voltage correctly.

Sorry for not realising there was a previous post on the issue. I didn't have a lot of time to look. Have downloaded hwmonitor and voltages are now 0.7. I also checked the bios. Core voltage is sitting at 1.040 and the initial input voltage at 1.696. I'm assuming this is normal also?
