Hi 8Pack, been working on my system, again.... To get it running well and efficient. Thought i had cracked it, constantly testing and all seems very good, scores up on most progs so i WAS happy.
Now the problem i have is when turn pc back on a few hours later and recheck certain tests or try and improve scores it fails, so i load up a profile and it will still fail.

Have ran memtest at current settings and thats good.

Not posted any settings, what i wanted to know have you come across any 4770's that are or appear to be rock solid and the next flaky as hell with no settings changed.

I have contacted Intel regarding this and are awaiting a reply, in all my years i have never come across a chip like this.

Spoke to intel on chat, that was no use, got me to run the intel diagnostic program, when it passed they said whats the problem looking at the results it runs amazing at stock, erm that was with it overclocked love(yes female, no offence girls)

Ijust dont get why it can run fine all morning and just play up the next, no matter what i do, drop ram back to 1600 up various voltages etc, my eyes are aching today from trying to sort this.

Are they vrm's next to the die on the naked chip??
Surely they must got hot particularly on my voltage hungry dog, and as they don't come in contact with the ihs do you think if I put some non conductive paste on them, would this help?
