I presume the term for the 4770k increasing its speed when required is termed "turbo"?
Also can someone please correct me if I am wrong about this.
Usually when you increase the CPU frequency, the base clock for DRAM also should increase, so how does the Mobo ensure you dont overclock the RAm beyond its spec (e.g. in my case its PC12800/1600Mhz).
Not sure if that makes sense...
