You want to use adaptive voltage to get it to idle down in volts when the multi drops

Important NOT to use adaptive voltage when stress testing though swap to manually inputted voltage to find your desired overclock then swap back to adaptive afterward stress testing with certain apps can overvolt in adaptive mode.

From what I gathered all that matters is vcore and cpu input voltage being set to around 2.00 volts

overclocking the uncore ratio or adjusting it's voltage isn't necessary and it says to set to it's default manually so 35x uncore on that cpu

I am overclocking a dual core haswell all I have is cpu input voltage set to 2.00 and vcore set to +187mv adaptive voltage = 1.278 volts, cpu ratio at 45x uncore at 33x (should be 32x but gigabyte boards it says 32x can ramp up uncore like auto does).

My VCCIN voltage is on auto, turbo boost off and all cstate settings on

All about vcore mainly, I hit a wall on this haswell at 4.5 which is stable at 1.278 volts but 4.6ghz + requires 1.35 volts +
