4790k high temperature problem :-(

My PC was behaving eratic. Went into bios to look at something an noticed the CPU temp was 90c+ on all cores at 1.18v. It's cooled by a h100i. Does this all sounds like the pump on the h100i has stopped?

Powered up again after leaving it off all night and in bios the CPU temp started to rise ever 2 secs. I had to turn it off when it started going up into the 70s.

Sounds like a dead pump, can you hear or feel any vibration from the pump when its running?

go to bios and set all fans to 100% manually, just to test

Dead pump, it says there on the image, "H100 pump = 0 rpm
