4790k Overclocking

I have a 4790k at stock speeds that I'm looking to overclock. I have a Cooler Master Nepton 140XL as my water cooler and one stick of 8GB DDR3 RAM. Any recommended settings to start with? Thanks in advance

45 multi on stock volts, give it a go.

If I did try this, what would I set the adaptive voltage to after I'd got the overclock stable?

Leave it at 0 and see what you get. If it's stable at stock can always go lower, I can manage 4.6ghz on - 0.005 voltage, any lower will crash.

I started off with 1.25v at 4.6 and went from there...backwards actually to 1.224 at 4.5ghz
