Every single card is different so we can't tell how high your cards will oc, you need to do it yourself, try rising frequencies, look for crashes, lower oc, check the temps. It'll take some time to find the sweet spot, good luck!
 
core clock should go to 830 on Stock volts memory should go to about 1950-2000 on stock volts, but depends what cooler / card you have my SE will happily run at 900 with a bit of extra volts but tbh i did not gain any benefit by doing so at the moment so sat at 850 on stock volts :)
