4800 Idle Temp

Ive got a 4800 Cpu with a Gigabte G Power pro hsf cooler with the fan speed controller rigged up and was just wondering if 38 - 40 c is usual for the 4800 at idle?

Im using the Asus Ai Booster to report temps. And the fan speed is at 1750 rpm approx.

Spec as below

4800 Amd Dual Core
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
2 GB RAM
2 * Hitachi Tk7250 Sata 2 Hds
Ati Radeon 1800 xt
Soundblaster Xfi Music Platinum
Antec P180
