Hey all. I've just come from ATI to the above card. The Nvidia drivers and windows generic drivers randomly stop working. Is this to be expected with Nvidia drivers?
 
Whats your actual problem your post is just an open invitation for idiots to start going on about the ATI vs Nivida driver flame war and most people are sick of that thread. :)
 
Ok guys thanks for your input system spec as follows.

M/board Asus m4a79t Deluxe
AMD 965 3.4ghz
W/D 500gb 32mb cache hd
Corsair 650w hx psu
corsair 4gb xms memory
Asus GTX480
CM Storm Scout case.

I uninstalled the ati drivers via programs and features, then i removed the esisting files manually.
