  1. Whats the best manufacturer in terms of RMA and warranty for a customer base in the UK?
  2. Does my seasonic 600w mi12 psu have all the connecttions to power it?
  3. Noob question: can my ASUS P6T Delux i7 mobo cater for the 480gtx and run it at its full potential? (their are mobo with slow pci-e slots that exists)
 
1. does this really matter? if it breaks it's going to be fairly quickly or because of something you did, former is covered by OCUK and the latter voids any form of return

2. does it have an 8 pin and a 6 pin PCIe connector?

3. yes, the only mobo's with 'slow' PCIe slots are old P35 boards or ones which have the PCIe 1.0 glitch and even then it doesn't slow it down enough to warrant calling it a con
 
1 does matter because if it breaks after a year or two. what then? thats £400 down the drain.

2. im going to have a look on that now. its a module PSU i have.

by the way lads, whats the noise level like?
 
1. chances are you going to overclock it or at least change cooler, that voids the warranty no matter what manufacturer in the UK

4. if you wear headphones it's fine otherwise it becomes somewhat interfering after ~60% fan speed
 
EVGA are very good Jonney. Aslong as you have a 8 and 6 pin you can run it maybe buy a 700/750 what psu just give you some leeway this card sucks like a street hoe.
 
hmm balls 60% fan, i have two in sli, had one untill today i dl msi afterburner, good prog, anyway set it up to 70% fan at 50deg temp, and i cannot hear the gpu above my case fans and idles easily at 43 -47, i have just put a second card in, idle temps have risen, due to how close the cards are, temps now at 50 -55 idle in sli mode, and my fan still dosent go above 77% which is only just audible above my case fans in an antec 1200 case, temps and noise are overrated dont listen to them,

It must be the UK army, with all the budget cuts, u pretend u have a gun, and go bang bang...lol

As for the temps, my 2 x GFX 480 in sli have not got that high, in my HAF X case...
