I have a passive 4850 running at 1080p to a Samsung 7 series HDTV (Phenom 9500). It has no problem with any media SD, HD, Blu-ray and is just about cool enough (85c) to play recent games.

wow 85c lol - i think i would cry :p is that with the Fan on full wack?
But atleast it can handle it i guess.
Mines @ 43c O/C'd to gpu speed @ 690 and Mem @ 1088 but only using 1280 x 1024 res lmao on my silly 4 yr old 19" HP screen.

oooh i notice u have 300gb Vraptors in Riad 0? what are u thoughts on them, fast enough etc?

Thanks for the quick reply :p

It is a passive card with no fan. As I normally use it only for HTPC duties I have the case fans on low. If I turn up the case fans the temps go down to 70c when running 3dmark.

There is no such thing as a 'fast enough' HDD :D However, they are fast enough so that I don't get irritated by how long things load. I just wish the 150gb version had been available when they released it.
