4850 gpuz reading, is it correct?

The default clock says 625mhz but the memory says 1004mhz

It's an asus 4850 512mb - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail

It says the memory should be 1986mhz and not 1004mhz ...

Remember it's GDDR3 so you double the effective speed (1000MHz x2 = 2000MHz). . .
