Long story short, GPU died, using a backup 4870. I used driversweeper to remove all nvidia stuff and what not and installed the new ATI drivers from here
I'm on Windows 7 64-bit
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy2&os=Windows 7 - 64
The autodetect tool said that my GPU was some a-series crap so I just ignored that.
Now whenever I watch twitch for a bit, the player suddenly stops and it all goes green. Whenever I try to play it again I get a BSOD. I'll dump the latest one here.

EDIT: Also perhaps worthy or note, whenever I boot up I get a message in Windows saying that the display driver is not running.. for some weird reason. Even though I installed everything correctly and I've actually done it multiple times :/
