4870 drivers crash

okay i just got my rma back from asus on my dark knight 4870 1gb card, installed it in my computer:

win xp 32bit
e2160 @ stock
1066mhz 2gb ram
msi neo2fr
ocz 600w psu

and when i install it upto where it says installing catalyst install mnager it restarts. i tryed downloading the driver again incase it was corrupted and same thing, then if i try to uninstall the manager with windows add/remove it also reboots....



any ideas? this is a clean install of windows....

fixed it, just incase anyone else having teh same problem:

install .net framework (not sure which on i installed all 3 1.1,2.0,3.5
