Hey guys, well a few weeks ago i bought and built my new pc,and all seems to be running fine except im not sure if the problem i got is actually a problem. The clock values of my XFX XXX edition 512mb 4870 arent right out of game, but when i go into game they go up to what they're supposed to be
OUT OF GAME
IN GAME
is this ok or is there a problem?

,just out of curiosity,do all 4870's do that or is it just mine?because a friend of mine just bought a 4870 and its running really hot just browsing the web etc,and its running at full clock speeds when idle. Also im using a gigabyte GA-EP43 motherboard which has some sort of power saving method,is that why the gpu runs at slower clock speed out of game? thanks
