I'm sure there is a simple answer for this.
I have a Q6600 in a G31m-s2l mobo with 4GB of ram.
My gpu is a powercolor 4870 with 512MB.
I have just run a game test on system requirements web page and is says i have 2.2GB of video ram .
Is there a simple explanation?
