MY 4870 stopped working :(

What modern card will give me the same performance?

E8500
IP35
6gb memory

Is it worth and upgrade as well or will i just be cpu limited?
 
peronally i;d suggest the 5850 on offer for ~£100 :)

EDIT: i guess you could go for a 5770, cheaper at £80, but slightly lower performance than the 4870
