4870 Rivatuner temps

Ok, got Rivatuner monitoring temps on my 4870 while I give it some stick. Odd thing is that RT is reporting four temperature readinds:

Core
Core \ display IO
Core \ memory IO
Core \ shader core

Whilst the main core temp is reaching about 75C under load and the display one reads much the same, the shader core one is higher and the memory one higher still, peaking at 95C

Are these temps all accurate and normal?
