4870 spec me a cooler please

Hi,

The cooler on the Sapphire 4870 I have recieved to use in a second build is a joke. Imagine a Boeing Airbus A380 taking off on your face.

I have had to manually turn down the fan speed to 40%, but in games its peaking at 88c

Can anyone reccomend me a gfx cooler which is efficient, but above all - QUIET!

Something wrong with it then. I have a Sapphire 4870 and under 40% Fanspeed its 50 Degrees.

I'm curious, do those aftermarket VGA coolers require some sort of support? They look to be pretty darn heavy.

Do these make much difference in terms of temperatures? The Arctic looks quite cool
