4870 X2 Crossfire Problem

Hi,

I am currently having a crossfire system made in-house by ocuk, however they seem to be unable to get the 2nd 4870 X2 to work in crossfire on a Asus Rampage Intel X48 DDR2 Motherboard?

System Spec -

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 2.66GHz Processor
Asus Rampage Intel X48 DDR2 Motherboard
4 gig ram
64 bit Windows Vista premium
2 x ATI 4870 X2 Crossfire
1000W PSU

I understand that they are currently trying out an alternative motherboard in the form of a Gigabyte GA-X48T-DQ6 Intel X48 motherboard.

Anyone got any ideas on this??
